Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits Required For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Including Arrangements With The Managers Of Subordinated Roads, As Well As Water-Legal Permits (New Or Changes Obtained So Far By The Ordering Party). - Preparation Of The Application And Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising Objections To The Notification Of Construction Works. Works Based On The Agreed And Approved Executive Designs. - Preparation Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory (Of The Facility With The Connection). - Installation Of The Necessary Signage And Road Safety Devices In Accordance With The Completed Design Stage. - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Taking Into Account Changes And Corrections Introduced During The Works Construction. - Carrying Out Tests And Inspections Provided For The Above-Mentioned Works. - Carrying Out Tests And Inspections Provided For The Above-Mentioned It Is Also Necessary To Make Arrangements With Public Road Administrators And Real Estate Owners Regarding The Restoration Of Roads And Real Estate Used By The Contractor During Construction To A Condition Not Worse Than Before The Commencement Of Construction And To Implement The Above-Mentioned Liabilities.
