Obligations Of The Entity Providing The Service Of Supervision, Protection Of The Facility And Property: 1) No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present (As An Attachment To The Contract) The Security Plan Referred To In Art. 7 Sec. 5 Of The Act On The Protection Of People And Property And The Location Of Electronic Recorders Of Control Of Security Personnel (In The Amount Of At Least 15 Points). This Plan Requires Approval By The Employer. 2) Supervision And Protection (In Accordance With Article 3 Point 1 Of The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property) Should Be Implemented In The Form Of: A) Direct Physical Protection By The Contractors Employees, B) Constant Tracking And Analysis Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems, C) Permanent Preventive Rounds Of Protected Facilities, D) Installation Of Electronic Recorders Of Control Of Security Personnel (In The Amount Of At Least 15 Points) On The Roundabout Roads Of Protected Facilities In Places Designated In The Security Plan, Approved By The Ordering Party, With The Possibility Of Confirmation At Least Once Every 1 Hour, E) Submission To The Ordering Party At The End Of Each Month Of Readings From Recorders, F) Introducing Staff To The Protected Facility Until The Cause Of The Alarm System Response Is Clarified, 3) Performing Activities Resulting From Detailed Instructions And Ordinances In Force In The Opo Area: Min. Fire Safety Instructions For Opo Facilities, Etc. At 21.00 And Opening Them At 6.00.T) Intervening In Relation To Persons Whose Actions Would Threaten The Seizure Or Destruction Of The Property Of The Center (Prevention Of Attempts To Steal, Devastate And Damage Property), U) Cooperation With The Police And Other Services To Ensure The Safety Of The Center And People Staying In It, V ) Preparing Reports On The Course Of Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Daily Report Covering All Events Of The Previous Day Until 7.15 The Next Day.3. Upon Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Shall Designate A Person Responsible For Direct Contacts With The Contractor At The Place Of Service Provision And Appoint A Health And Safety Coordinator In Accordance With Art. 208 § 1 Of The Labor Code.
