Request For Tender For Minkarra Link Path: Design & Construct Two Boardwalks Description: This Project Is The Final Trail Stage Outlined In The Minkarra Park Master Plan. Upon Completion It Will Link The Northern And Southern Trail Sections Of Minkarra Park And Provide A Safe Off-Road Connection For Pedestrians And Cyclists Between Black Road And Manning Road. This Project Would Provide A 2.5M Wide Multi-Use Trail/Path And Boardwalk As Well As Protective Fencing On Land Privately Owned By A Golf Club. This Project Will Also Connect With The Recently Completed Happy Valley Drive Trail Which Provides A 1.6Km Link From Manning Road To Chandlers Hill Road. Together The Trails Will Provide A 4Km, Safe Off-Road Trail For Pedestrians And Cyclists. There Are Two Boardwalk Sections In This Project. While Council Will Construct The Rubble Trail And Fencing We Are Looking For A Contractor To Design And Construct The Two Boardwalk Sections Of This Project.
