Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Field Public Address And General Alarm Systems (Paga) Revamp/ Upgrade Project A100 (Abu-Attifel) Field. Currently The Facilities Comprise The Following Stations: - A 100 Oil Field (Abu-Attifel); About 65Km South-East Of Galo City - A100 Airport Station; About 10Km South-West Of A100 The Objective: To Replace Paga Central Equipment And Malfunction Devices With A New Integrated System Expanded To Cover New Areas And To Revamp The Existing System Parts (Cabling Network & Devices). The Additional Areas Include Accommodation & Offices Areas, Workshops And Airport. The Scope Of Work: - Contractor Shall Engineer, Procure, Supply, Construct And Install All Items Required To Form A Complete Public Address Redundant SystemS And Shall Ensure That The Design And Items Offered Shall Result In A Complete Working System, Covering All Existing And New Zones/Areas, On Turn-Key Basis As Required By The Company, After Commissioning By Contractor. - Contractor Shall Replace Any Related Item Of The Existing System As (Cable, Junction Box, LoudspeakerEtc.) That Appear To Be Damaged Or In Bad Condition. - Contractor Shall Engineer, Procure, Supply, Construct And Install New Cabling, Junction Boxes, Loudspeakers For New Zones/Areas As Well As The Relevant Connection To The Active Equipment. - Contractor Shall Be Responsible Of The Following Activities Of All Areas After Pre-Qualification Stage (If Accepted) And Not Limited To Following: - Mandatory Preliminary Site Survey (Before The Official Offer) - Engineering, Project Management And Qc. - Planning And Scheduling. - Material Procurement. - Factory Acceptance Test. - Supply And Delivery Of Material. - Installation And Testing Of New Passive Devices/Cables For New Zones. - Installation And Testing Of The New Active Equipment Together With All Specialized Tools And Test Equipment Required To Install, Commission, And Maintain The Systems. - Connection Of The New Active Equipment To The New/Existing Devices Network. - Removal Of The Existing Active Equipment. - Removal Of The Existing Damaged Passive Devices/Cables. - Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, And Start-Up. - Site Acceptance Test And Hand Over. - Documentation, Design, And Fabrication Detail Of All Supplied/Installed Items And Products (E.G., Manuals, As-Built Documentation).
