The Ordering Party Expects That The Projected Average Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Will Be About 16 People (Men And Women).2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce/Increase The Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Indicated In Section 1 According To The Actual Demand, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party (Respectively, The Number Of Actually Issued Administrative Decisions Granting The Benefit), Of Which The Contractor Will Be Informed In The Manner Indicated In 1 Sec. 12 In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 3. The Ordering Party Indicates The Minimum Value Of The Contractors Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of 35% Of The Remuneration Referred To In 3 Sec. 1 In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.4. Every Time A Homeless Person Is Placed In A Shelter, It Is Based On An Administrative Decision Granting The Shelter.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Supervise And Control The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And Other Obligations Arising From The Contract.6. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901) And The Regulation Of April 27, 2018. On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For The Homeless, Shelters For The Homeless With Care Services And Heating Facilities (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896).7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of Individual Homelessness Exit Programs And Concluded Social Contracts.8. The Contractor Provides Assistance To The Residents Of The Shelter In Situations Threatening Life Or Health By Enabling The First Contact With A Doctor Or Health Care Facilities.9. The Contractor Ensures Ongoing Contact Between The Social Worker Of The Shelter And The Employee Of Mgops In Opoczno From 7.30 To 15.30 From Monday To Friday, And On Tuesdays From 7.30 To 16.30. The Current Contact Referred To In This Point Must Enable Immediate Action To Be Taken To Check, Verify And Provide Information About The Current Situation Of A Given Person Staying In The Shelter.
