The Objective Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of School Furniture For The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center In Nakło Śląskie, As Well As Delivery And Transport To The Seat Of The Ordering Party At The Contractors Expense - Which Is Described In Detail In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appendix 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Performed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 24 Months (In Words: Twenty-Four Months), Counting From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party And The Contractor The School Furniture Acceptance Report Without Any Defects Found.
