With This Tender, Helen Oy Is Looking For 15 Suppliers To Supply The Valves According To This Procurement Notice To The Heat Pump Plant To Be Built In Eiranranta, Helsinki. The Procurement Includes Hand And Actuator Operated Valves For District Heating, District Cooling And Waste Water Systems. The Valves Available Are Sizes Dn80 - Dn1200. There Are About 200 Hand Valves In Procurement And About 80 Actuated Valves. The Procurement Is Divided Into Five (5) Sub-Areas, Of Which The Supplier Can Offer 1-5 Sub-Areas. Each Sub-Area Must Be Offered In Full, Including Transport To The Pre-Fabrication Site. The Package Distribution Is As Follows: A) Weldable Ball Valves B) Welded Butterfly Valves C) Butterfly Valves Installed Between The Flanges D) Non-Return Valves E) Safety Valves An Option In The Valve Survey Is Training For The Use And Maintenance Of Actuators For Operation And Maintenance Personnel. The Delivery Time For The Valves Is By June 30, 2024. The Gsd Files Of The Electric Actuators Must Be Delivered To The Customer No Later Than 15 November 2023. This Information Is Needed Well In Advance For Plant Automation Planning. According To The Current Schedule, The Valves Will Be Connected To The Plants Pipelines In Connection With The Process Pipeline Installation Work To Be Carried Out During Late Autumn 2024 And Early 2025. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Commissioning Of The Valves Is Scheduled For May-June 2025. The Supplier Must Undertake To Deliver According To The Schedule Specified By The Customer.
