Purpose Of Procurementpursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Ksu Exclusive Apparel And Equipment Supplier To The Kennesaw State University (The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp.Scope Of Workthis Is An Rfp For A Combined Athletic Apparel Equipment Purchasing Agreement And Sponsorship For Kennesaw State University Athletics Teams. The University Has Invested Approximately $5.4 In Athletic Apparel Over The Past 10 Years With Adidas. Ksu Is Looking For A Supplier That Offers A Competitive Discount Over Retail And Wholesale Pricing And Providing Significant Cost Savings To The University As Part Of The Relationship. The Department Of Intercollegiate Athletics Will Purchase Athletic Uniforms, Footwear, Apparel, And Accessories For Over 456 Student-Athletics In All 18 Teams Beginning July 1, 2023 ¿ June 30, 2024, With The Option To Renew For 4 One-Year Periods At The Same Price, Terms, And Conditions. All Renewals Are Subject To Continuing Need, Availability Of Funds, Satisfactory Performance, And Appropriate Price Reductions. The University Provides Athletic Uniforms For More Than 456 Student-Athletes In 18 Sports Under A Combined Equipment Purchase And Sponsorship Contract.
