Health Technical Assistance Mission. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Provide Technical Assistance (Ta) To Strengthen The Institutional Capacity Of The Ministry Of Public Health At The National And Provincial Levels (Provincial Health Division=Dps And Provincial Health Inspectorate=Ips) As Well As At The Peripheral Level (Health Zones) In Order To Contribute To The Implementation Of The National Strategic Plan For Universal Health Coverage (20202030). At The National Level, This Involves Support For The Coordination And Management Of The Programme, The Organization And Management Of Healthcare Services (Dogs), The Establishment Of The General Inspection Of Health And Development Of The National Essential Drug Supply System. In The Provinces, Ta Will Strengthen The Organization And Capacities Of The Dps As Well As The Development Of Health Zones In The Provinces.
