The Planned Investment Is Located On Plot No. 258/1 In Mieczysławów 2 - Precinct 0030 Wały. 3.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Building Permit Decision No. 219/2023 Issued By The Starost Of Kutno. 3.4. The Scope Of The Tasks Work Is Included In: Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Are Attached To The Swz. The Shared Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material For The Contractors. The Works Should Be Performed, In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Order Documents.5.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Within A Maximum Of 55 Days From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Date By A Maximum Of 10 Days. Shortening The Deadline For The Performance Of The Contract Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offer. The Deadline For The Completion Of The Contract Is Specified By The Contractor In Days - In The Tender Form - Appendix 1 To The Swz, By Entering How Many Days Shortens The Contract Completion Date In Relation To The Maximum Deadline. 5.2. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract.
