The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Order, After Prior Notification Of The Order By Phone And Then Confirmed In The Form Of An Electronic Document Delivered By Means Of Electronic Communication, Including Fax, Within 24 Hours From The Moment Of Placing The Order From 7:00 To 14:35, Ex Hospital Pharmacy, Subject To Section 1111. Urgent Deliveries (Cito) Will Be Made According To The Following Rules: Orders Placed By 12:00 Will Be Carried Out On The Same Day Until 12:00 22:00, And Orders Placed After 12:00 Will Be Processed Until 12:00. 10:00 The Next Day. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Deliveries In An Unconditional And Timely Manner.13. In The Case Of Oral Forms Of Drugs, Such As: Tablets, Capsules, Coated Tablets, Dragees - The Ordering Party Allows The Exchange Of One Oral Form For Another Within The Range Listed Only When The Required Form Of The Drug Is Not Registered On The Market.14. In The Absence Of A Drug Listed In Appendix Swz On The Market Due To Discontinuation Of Its Production, Lack Of Harmonization Or Temporary Lack Due To Other Reasons, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Propose An Equivalent Drug Or Provide The Last Selling Price Documented By The Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Omitting And Not Calculating Any Item.
