Z O. O. (Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk), As Well As The Removal And Disposal Of The Above-Mentioned Elements. 2. The Building Of The Municipal Waste Sorting Plant Is A Single-Storey Building, Without A Basement, With A Two-Storey Internal Facility (Sanitary Complex With A Technology Control Center). Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Replacement Of Damaged Or Broken 28 Smoke Dampers With Dimensions Of 150 Cm X 177 Cm, 2) Smoke Dampers With A Fire Classification Of Min. B-S1-D0,3) Disassembly Of Three-Element Steel Frames, Mechanisms And Filling Of Smoke Vents,4) Assembly Of New Three-Element Steel Frames; Frames Hot-Dip Galvanized And Powder Coated In Silver Aluminum (Ral 9006), 5) Installation Of A New Filling For Smoke Vents Made Of Cellular Polycarbonate, Th. 10 Mm, Colorless, 6) Fixing The Polycarbonate With The Use Of Existing Aluminum Profiles And Replacing The Seals With New Ones, 7) Replacing The Smoke Damper Mechanism With A New One, Leaving The Current Actuators And Thermal Fuses Undamaged, 8) Removal And Disposal Of The Dismantled Three-Element Steel Frames, Cellular Polycarbonate And Flap Mechanisms. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Full Inspection Of The Smoke Exhaust System Installation, Including Tests Of The Operation Of Smoke Exhaust Vents With A Pneumatic Smoke Exhaust Control System In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Construction Facilities And Areas And Instructions For The Use Of The Facility. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Report Confirming The Proper Operation Of The Smoke Exhaust System.5. After Completing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With The As-Built Documentation In Three Copies Of The Paper Version And An Electronic Record (With A Sketch Of The Mentioned Elements And Material Cards Of The Newly Built-In Elements).6. When Specifying The Requirements In The Scope Of Standards, The Contracting Authority Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent In The Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Assortments In Which Such Standards Are Specified.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Other Than Those Used In The Description, Equivalent, With Appropriate Technical And Quality Parameters. Technical And Quality Parameters For The Materials Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are The Minimum Or Maximum Values.8. The Contractor Shall Provide A 24-Month Guarantee For The Executed Subject Of The Order.9. The Employer Allows For A Site Inspection And Inspection Of The Condition Of The Smoke Vents On The Roof Of The Sorting Hall, Which Will Take Place On June 15, 2023 From 10.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. The Contractor Wishing To Participate In The Inspection Is Obliged To Submit A Notification At The Latest One Day Before The Inspection Via A Private Message On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, Specifying The Number Of People Who Will Participate On Its Behalf, And An Indication Of The Contact Person In This Regard.10. Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract: Up To 80 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
