1. The Subject Of The Procedure And The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Roof (Replacement Of The Roofing Material) And Chimneys As Well As Repair Works Of The Cornice In The School Building At Ul. Bernardyńska 7 In Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Canceling The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds Which The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance The Whole Or Part Of The Contract Have Not Been Awarded To It. To Which The Employer Is Entitled.1.3 The Basic Order (Stage I) Includes In Particular: A Licensed Company For The Disposal Of This Type Of Waste. In The Case Of Finding Local Defects In The Wooden Elements Of The Roof Truss Structure, Which Could Not Be Seen From The Attic Side, They Should Be Locally Reinforced With Boarding Or Supplemented With Carpentry Mass. The Rafters Should Be Cleaned And Impregnated With An Anti-Fungal Preparation Of The Phobos Type. It Is Planned To Make Full Formwork Of Coniferous Wood, With A Moisture Content Below 20%, 24-25 Mm Thick And 10-12 Cm Wide Boards, Impregnated With A Fungicidal Preparation. Assembling The Formwork To The Existing Rafters With Wood Screws Or Carpenters Nails. Vapor-Permeable And Windproof Membrane On The Above-Mentioned Full Boarding, Fixed With Counter Battens, With Screws. 1.3.4 Installation Of The Sheet - The Assembly Of The Sheet In Light Gray Color Is Designed, In Sheets With A Width Of About 60 Cm, Joined With A Standing Seam Together With Roofing Flashings, In Accordance With The System Method Of Sheet Fastening Recommended By The Sheet Manufacturer. 1.3.5 Replacement Of Gutters And Flashings - It Is Planned To Replace Gutters And Perform Appropriate Flashings On The Roof Edges, Partition Wall, Gutters, Around Chimneys And Other Elements Integrally Connected With The Roof. It Is Planned To Use Sheet Metal In Flat Sheets In Light Gray Color As The Rest On The Roof. 1.3.6 Renovation Of Chimneys - Currently, Chimneys Are Plastered With Lime-Cement Mortar And Painted With Facade Paints. Maintenance And Routine Repairs Of Plasters Should Be Carried Out - Clean, Prime, Repair Defects, Apply Traditional Masses Of Lime And Cement Mortars On White Portland Cement, Prepare Them With Medium-Grained Mineral Screeds. After Priming, Paint With Silicate Paints In A Light Shade Of Old White, As At Present. 1.3.7 Repair Works In The Point Range Of The Cornice On The Western Facade - Local Repair Actions Are Designed In The Identified Damaged Places Of The Cornice Under The Roof. Remove Detached Fragments Of Plaster, Places Of Visible Brick Bond Remove Fungus Fill In Plaster Defects With Layers Of Lime-Cement Mortar On White Portland Cement: Spritz, Base Mortar, Leveling Mortar Burning Top Mortar Reconstruct The Form Of Damaged Cornice Profiling In Relation To The Existing Surface Develop An Imitator To Match The Surroundings Select Grain Size Merging Mortar For The Cornices On The Façades. Clean And Prime Plasters Well Bonded To The Wall Locally In The Area Of ​​The Damaged Part.
