The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Periodic Technical Inspections And Maintenance Of Equipment And Medical Apparatus Located In The Independent Public Specialist Hospital For Lung Diseases In Zakopane. The List Of Medical Equipment And Apparatus Covered By The Service In Question Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To This Price Calculation.2. The Service In Question Includes In Particular: - Performance Of: Planned Maintenance And Inspection Activities, Including Control Of Wear Of Mechanical Parts, Replacement Of Wear Parts Or Consumables (E.G. Light Bulb, Battery, Fuse, Gasket, Etc.), Current Repairs, - Technical Supervision Over The Entrusted Equipment, - Issuance Of A Service Report And Entry In The Equipment Operation Documentation (Technical Passport) Of The Performed Activities, - Legalization, Calibration, Validation (If Applicable) - Checking The Installation (Mechanical Safety, Checking Electrical Safety, Taking Into Account The Effectiveness Of Zeroing Or Grounding), - Setting (Adjusting) The Parameters Required By The Manufacturer, - Preparing Statements On The Condition Of Devices That Cannot Be Repaired, - The Scope Of Activities Performed As Part Of Inspections And The Dates Of Their Performance Should Be In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And Applicable Law.
