1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Sports And Recreation Services On The Basis Of Subscription Cards Enabling Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities And The Use Of Sports And Recreation Activities Provided In Facilities Of Third Parties, Entitling To Use The Above. Services For Employees Of The Academy Of Fine Arts. Jan Matejko In Krakow, Their Children And Accompanying Persons.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Must Ensure, As Part Of The Voucher, The Possibility Of Using Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities Throughout The Country, In Particular At Least 400 Facilities In The Ma opolskie Voivodeship, Including Mandatory In The Following Cities: Krak w, Niepo omice, Wieliczka, Chrzan w, Olkusz, O wi cim, My lenice, Skawina, Miechow, Zakopane. The Pass Must Provide Access In The Ma opolskie Voivodship To At Least Three Swimming Pools With A Length Of Min. 25 M Each, Access To Which May Not Involve Any Additional Costs. The Term Sports And Recreation Facility Should Be Understood As A Separate Place Where The Recreational And Sports Services In Question Are Provided. 4. One Sports Facility Is Understood As A Building Or An Independent Premises In Which The Services Covered By The Order Are Provided. If Two Independent Entities Providing Services Corresponding To The Content Of The Public Procurement Are Located In Separate Premises Of The Same Building, Then On The Basis Of The Proceedings They Will Be Classified As Two Separate Sports Facilities Access To The Facilities Is To Be Unlimited, I.E. Giving The Opportunity To Use Various Services In Sports Facilities On The Same Day, Week Or Month Without A Declaration Of Using A Specific Location Within The Full Range Of Opening Hours Of These Facilities, Unless The Restrictions On Access Hours Have Been Imposed By The Facilities Themselves.5. Access To The Facilities Is To Be Unlimited In Time, Giving The Opportunity To Use Services Without A Time Limit, Unless Such Is Imposed Directly By Sports And Recreation Facilities And Such A Time Limit Cannot Be Shorter Than 60 Minutes; Except For Swimming Pools (Limit 45 Minutes) And Saunas (Limit 30 Minutes).
