Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Low-Emission Dryer For Biological Materials With Deactivation Of Microorganisms For The Institute Of Horticulture - National Research Institute
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of A Low-Emission Dryer For Biological Materials With Deactivation Of Microorganisms. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 1 To Swz.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Place And Within The Time Limit Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix 1 To The Swz).3. The Delivered Device Must Be Brand New, Unused, Full-Fledged, Free From Legal, Technical And Physical Defects, Including Manufacturing Defects, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ready For Use.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For At Least The Period Indicated In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. If The Contractor Offers A Guarantee Period Below The Minimum Period Specified By The Employer, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With The Tor. If The Contractor Does Not Specify The Guarantee Period In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Has Offered The Minimum Period Specified In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor. 5. The Warranty Service Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Inability To Repair On Site At The Purchasers During The Warranty Period, The Costs Of Shipping/Transport Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Device To The Ordering Party At His Own Expense And Risk. Insurance And Transport To The Ordering Partys Place Of Delivery Shall Be At The Contractors Cost And Risk. The Contractor Should Ensure Such Packaging Of The Subject Of The Contract To Prevent Its Damage Or Deterioration During Transport. 7. The Contractor Shall Install The Device In The Ordering Partys Building At Its Own Cost, Including, Among Others, Will Connect To The Supply Media And The Buildings Infrastructure And Will Provide On-The-Job Training To The Employers Employees In The Scope Of At Least: Operation, Operation, Maintenance Of The Device, Health And Safety. 8. The Detailed Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Order Is Specified In The Model Contract Constituting Appendix No. 4 To The Swz.
