Inbound/Outbound Call Services At Tstc - Statewide.Texas State Technical College (Tstc) Is Issuing This Rfp To Solicit Proposals From Qualified Firms To Provide Assistance In A Call Center For Both Incoming And Outgoing Messages. The Firm Will Handle Inbound Calls From Prospective Students, Current Students, Parents, Faculty, And Staff. Calls May Include Inquiries Related To Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Student Services, And General Information. The Call Center May Also Handle Outbound Calls To Follow Up On Inquiries, Conduct Surveys, And Provide Support To Students.
