The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Office Materials And Consumables For The Needs Of Project Bg05sfpr002-2.001-0131 Home Care In The Municipality Of Pernik, Program Development Of Human Resources 2021-2027, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement Intended For Implementation By Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. In The Sense Of 2, Item 46 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Are Those In The Sense Of Art. 28, Para. 1 Of The Act On The Integration Of People With Disabilities Or Their Equivalent According To The Legislation Of A Member State. According To Art. 28. Of The Law On The Integration Of People With Disabilities, Specialized Enterprises And Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Are Those That Meet The Following Conditions: 1. Are Registered Under The Trade Act Or The Cooperatives Act; 2. Produce Goods Or Provide Services; 3. Have A Relative Share Of Persons With Permanent Disabilities As Follows: A) For Specialized Enterprises And Cooperatives For Blind And Partially Sighted Persons - Not Less Than 20 Percent Of The Listed Number Of Personnel; B) For Specialized Enterprises And Cooperatives Of Hearing-Impaired Persons - Not Less Than 30 Percent Of The Listed Number Of Personnel; C) For Specialized Enterprises And Cooperatives Of Persons With Other Disabilities - Not Less Than 30 Percent Of The Listed Number Of Personnel; 4. Are Entered In The Register Under Art. 29 Of The Law On The Integration Of People With Disabilities; The Current Public Procurement Is Reserved On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code And Art. 80, Paragraph 1 Of Ppzop. The Goods Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Are Included In A List Of Goods And Services According To The General Terminology Dictionary, Which Are Intended For The Awarding Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is Social And Professional Integration To Disabled Or Disadvantaged People. The Delivery Of Office Materials And Consumables Is Carried Out After Prior Request, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Of The Products, The Subject Of The Order, Is Carried Out Within 1 (One) Working Day, Starting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Request By The Contractor. Upon Specific Request And By Mutual Agreement Of The Parties, Another Shorter Term Can Be Negotiated. With Each Delivery, A Delivery Protocol Is Drawn Up For The Quantities Received. Note: The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification And The Price Offer Are Estimated And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Declare Them In The Same Volume. The Client Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities, As Necessary, As Well As Not To Declare The Entire Assortment. A Detailed Description Of Office Materials And Consumables Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
