Repairs To Exterior Concrete Block Wall - Tender Ready . Work Includes Repairs At The John Cabot Building, 10 Barters Hill, St John&Rsquo;S, Nl And Includes But Not Limited To The Following:1. Concrete Block Repair Including Removal And Reconstruction Of Concrete Block, Repointing Of Select Block Areas And Removal And Disposal Of Damaged Concrete Block.2. Cleaning Efflorescence And Staining From Blocks.3. Removal And Replacement Of Sealants.4. Repair Cracks In Concrete Planter Box Walls.5. Reinstate And/Or Repair Concrete Block Ties.6. Traffic Control And Coordination Of Access/Egress To Facility. There Will Be No Closure Of Entrance/Exits.7. Contractor Will Be Responsible To Submit Site Specific Safety Plan To Address Containment Of Silica Dust Prior To Construction Commencing.8. All Other Work As Detailed On Drawings Or In Specifications.
