The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Water Intakes In The City And Commune Of Kańczuga. The Following Are Subject To Modernization: - Well S-1A Łopuszka Mała - Registered Plot No. 299, - Well S-2A Łopuszka Mała - Registered Plot No. 527, - Well S-3A Łopuszka Mała - Registered Plot No. 293, - Well S-6 Łopuszka Mała - Land Plot No. 390, - Well S-1 Siedleczka - Land Plot No. 360, - Well S-2 Siedleczka - Land Plot No. 377/2, - Well S-3 Siedleczka - Land Plot No. 385/2, - Well S-3A Siedleczka - Land Plot No. 385/2. The Scope Of Works Includes All Activities Enabling And Aimed At Assembling Submersible Pumps, Well Casings And The Necessary Piping And Automation Related To Deep Wells, I.E. In Particular: - Disassembly Of Submersible Pumps With Accessories, - Ultrasonic Regeneration , - Assembly Of Submersible Pumps With Accessories, - Assembly Of The Well Head, - Assembly Of The Well Casing, - Assembly Of Fittings, - Assembly Of Water Meters, - Disinfection Of The Well, - Start-Up And Regulation Of The Well. All Works Will Be Carried Out On The Used Intakes, The Resources Of Which Are Used To Supply Water Supply Systems. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Investor With A Detailed Schedule Of Works, Together With The Dates Of Putting Individual Wells Out Of Operation. Starting The Modernization Works Will Be Possible After The Approval Of The Schedule By The Employer. All Modernization Works Must Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Employer. The Scope Of The Order Has Been Specified In The Design Documentation Including: Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Well Description Cards - Attached To The Swz. Quality Guarantee Period For The Entire Order: Minimum 36 Months.
