The Subject Of The Contract Is: Expansion And Reconstruction Of Public Utility Buildings, Including Reconstruction Of Tourist Infrastructure Facilities - Expansion And Reconstruction Of School Buildings In Ślesin - Zsp In Ślesin, Building At Ul. Youth 1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Ślesin At Ul. Youth 1, Along With The Extension Of The Library And Replacement Of The Roof Covering And Installation Of The Photovoltaic Installation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Description Of The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 1.1. Materials That The Contractor May Collect On The Construction Site Or His Own Site, Before The Commencement Of Works; 5) Strictly Comply With The Guidelines Contained In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Design Documentation And This Tor; 6) Perform Works Taking Into Account The Needs Of Accessibility For People With Disabilities,7) Have Units Of Equipment And Means Of Transport, Ensuring The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Tor And Design Documentation Within The Contractual Period;8) To Keep The Construction Site Clean On An Ongoing Basis;9) To Keep Squares, Roads And Public Roads Clean On An Ongoing Basis, After Where The Traffic Of Construction Vehicles And Transporting Materials Will Take Place; 10) Ensure The Possibility Of Passing In The Vicinity Of The Handed Over Work Front; 11) Use Construction Materials And Devices: A) Ce Marked, Which Means That Their Compliance With A Harmonized Standard Or European Approval Has Been Assessed Technical Or National Technical Specification Of An Eu Member State Or The European Economic Area, Recognized By The European Commission As Compliant With The Basic Requirements, Or B) Included In The List Of Products Of Minor Importance To Health And Safety, For Which The Manufacturer Has Issued A Declaration Of Compliance With The Recognized Rules, Specified By The European Commission Technical Knowledge, Or C) Marked With A Construction Mark, D) Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Have Quality And Technological Characteristics, At Least Those Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Must Have Appropriate Attestations And Certificates E) All Materials Used By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be New And Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading, Use In Construction In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), And In Particular Art. 4 And Art. 5 Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And The Quality And Type Requirements Specified In Stwiorb.12) Keep The Places Of Work Free Of Obstacles, Remove Redundant Materials, Waste 13) Organize And Properly Secure The Site Of The Construction Works Along With The Facilities In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People Staying On And Within The Facility And Against Access By Third Parties. The Contractor Bears Full Accidental Liability, As Well As For Damage To The Property Of Third Parties Caused By His Participation Or Oversight Related To The Implementation Of This Contract; 14) Handle Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Sec. 1 Point 32 Of The Act On Waste Is Obliged To Manage The Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699, As Amended) And The Act Of April 27, 2001 R. - Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2556, As Amended);15) Carry Out Construction And Demolition Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 6, 2003 On Occupational Health And Safety During Perform Construction Works (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 47, Item 401);16) Remove Immediately And Effectively Any Damage Caused By The Contractor;17) Report In Writing The Readiness To Accept The Completed Works Together With The Confirmation Of This Performance By The Supervision Inspector And Participate In Their Acceptance. 1.2 The Required Minimum Guarantee Period Is 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt By The Employer And Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Report. The Guarantee Period Will Be Scored As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion. 1.3 Payment Terms: 1) The Employer Provides For Payments In Accordance With The Payment Schedule Under The Funds Received Under The Government Program Of The Polish Fund.
