The One/That Of Boden Municipality And Boden Kommunf reta Ab That Will Be A Party To The Various Agreements That Are The Subject Of The Procurement Will Be Specified In The Respective Agreement. The Procurement Concerns The Financing, Construction, Ownership, Operation And Maintenance Of Tva In A Public-Private Partnership Through A Newly Formed Limited Company Jointly Owned With The Orderer (Nytt Ab). The Municipality Of Boden Conducts Parallel To This Procurement A Procurement (Turnkey Contract With Partnering) Regarding The Construction Of Infrastructure For Underground Lines To Bip, Dnr Sbn 2023291 (Partnering Procurement). The Procurement Includes Several Sub-Agreements/Sub-Contracts Which, In Summary, Include The Following Commitments For The Winning Tenderer (Hereinafter The Supplier), Directly And Indirectly Via Nytt Ab.
