Foodstuffs Intended For The Production Of Meals Must Have Current Best-Before Dates And The Raw Material Composition Attached, As Well As They Should Be Varied In Vegetables And Fruits In Accordance With The Weight Of The Meal And Its Seasonality.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Store Food Samples That Have Been Prepared By The Contractor3. The Ordering Party Requires The Presentation In The First Week Of Each Month Of Menus In Accordance With The Gram Of Meal For Each Day For A Period Of 28 Days In Order To Eliminate The Monotony Of The Prepared Meals. 4. The Range Of Diets Adapted To The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Standards As Well As Adapted To The Needs Of Patients Depending On Their Health Condition In Accordance With Applicable Standards. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That Meals Are Transported By Persons Employed By The Contractor Who Are Able To Deliver Thermos Flasks With Food To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. To The Department Kitchens Of The Plant Without Involving The Ordering Partys Employees In Transporting The Food. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Appropriate Thermoses And Containers For Transporting Food, Protected Against Damage And Dirt. Food Should Be Delivered At The Right Temperature And Fit For Immediate Consumption. 10. Food Will Be Transported In Thermoses And Containers Compliant With The Haccp System. The Employer Requires Thermos Flasks For Transporting Food In A Double Amount For Each Of The Departments (Zol And Hospice), Which Will Be The Property Of The Contractor.
