The Tender For This Framework Agreement Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With Article 47 Of The Utilities Directive. This Tender Concerns One Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Pe Pipes, Fittings And Other Parts Etc. For Use In Aalborg Forsynings Operations In The Gas And Water Supply And Waste Water Areas.
