Bwi Gmbh (Hereinafter: Bwi) Is Considering A (1) Framework Agreement With An Economic Operator For The Procurement Of Services In The Field Of Travel Security By Way Of An Open Procedure In Accordance With 15 Vgv With An Estimated Contract Value Of A Total Of 324,870.00 Euros (Upper Limit: 487,305.00) To Be Awarded. The Contract Will Run For A Maximum Of Four Years Basic Term Of Two (2) Years With The Possibility Of One (1) 24-Month Extension, Completed. The Bwi Needs A Powerful And Reliable Service Provider In The Field Of Travel Risk Management/Travel Security In Order To Statutory Duty Of Care Efficiently And Effectively To Their Employees On Business Trips Abroad. This Contains: The Assessment Of Risks (Security) And Dangers (Safety & Health Protection) In A Global Context And Down To The Local Level Travel Activities Down The Provision Of Information On The Risks And Hazards For The Management Of The Bwi And For The Travellers. The Provision Of Educational Material On Platforms And In Documents Advising Management And Travelers On Travel Planning The Constant Recording And Localization Of Travel Activities To Provide An Overview For The Bwi. The Constant Monitoring Of Global Security Situation In All Relevant Aspects (Political Stability, Crises & Wars, Crime, Terrorism, Natural Disasters, Health Risks) Ensuring Availability 24/7 To Help Mgmt And Travelers With All Relevant Questions About Security & Safety In The Travel Context Advising The Mgmt In Emergencies And Crises The Ability To Organize Emergency Measures In Case Of Need
