This Consultation Concerns The Implementation Of A Dematerialized Solution For Managing Internal Training And Semitan Interviews (Lot 1) As Well As An Elearning Training Solution (Lot 2). The Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Two Solutions (Meetings, Configuration, Training, Support, Mco) Are Included In The Two Lots. The Proposed Solutions Will Be In Hosted Mode And May Be Based On Software Licensed By Publishers Or Open Source. The Various Technical Requirements Are Mentioned In The Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Consultation Is Made Up Of The Following Lots: Lot 1: Management Of Training And Interviews (Tms) For The Management Of Internal Training Activities And All The Interviews That Feed Into The Training Plan.
