This Will Be A Massive Undertaking That Will Require Hundreds Of Thousands Of Plants Being Planted Every Year. In Addition To The Planting, There Will Be Additional Restoration Services Required To Ensure The Plants Are Successfully Established In The Parks And Other Gwrc Sites. Therefore, To Be Able To Deliver This Project, We Are Proposing To Set Up A Restoration Services Panel ("Panel") To Enable Us To Use Multiple Qualified Contractors At Once To Deliver The Services. Within The Panel, Two Sub-Panels Will Be Established To Provide Opportunities For A Greater Number Of Contractors In The Market. One Sub-Panel Will Be Open For Large Scale Suppliers (Large-Scale Sub-Panel) Who Can Provide, Plant Or Maintain More Than 50,000 Plants And/Or Seeds Per Annum And The Other Sub-Panel Will Be For Smaller Or Emerging Suppliers (Niche Sub-Panel).
