Public Procurement Activities Include 1. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including Inspection And Control Of The Delivered And Used Construction Products, With Which The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For Constructions Is Ensured In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Performed With The Contract For The Implementation Of The Cmr Of The Site, As Well As And Other Activities - Subject Of The Smr Contract; 2. Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; 3. Preparation Of The Final Construction Report, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction Pursuant To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On Technical Passports Of Constructions; 4. Management Of The Processes Of Putting Into Operation Until The Issuance Of A Permit For Use / The Construction Is The Fourth Group (According To Art. 5, Para. 6, Item 4 Of Prvvcprs), Second Category (According To Art. 137, Para. 1 , Item 2, B. B Of Zut And Article 5, Paragraph 6, Item 4, Item 4.2, Item 4.2.1 Of Prvvcprs) Constructions/ 5. Liability Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr.
