Tenders Are Invited For Spark - End-Term Programme Evaluation - Networks Of Change This External Programme Evaluation Concerns SparkS Networks Of Change (2019-2022). Noc Was Built On Two Preventing And Countering Youth Radicalisation And Violent Extremism (Pve/Cve) Pilot Programmes In The Kurdistan Region In Iraq: Boosting Your Beliefs (Byb) And Deradicalisation Training Teachers (Dtt). These Were Implemented Between 2017 And 2019 And Financed By The Nlmfa. Afterwards, Based On The Programme Results, Lessons Learned And A Full Proposal Developed By Spark, The Ministry Decided To Fund Noc In Three Regions (Erbil, Sulaymaniyah And Halabja) For Three Years. At The Moment We Have Started The Implementation Of Noc 2 (2023-2026). This Makes This Programme Evaluation Extra Relevant, Since We Can Integrate The Lessons Learned From Noc 1 Into The Second Iteration Of This Programme.
