Assembly Of Impedance Decades And Equipment For Measuring And Simulating Electrical Quantities. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Set Of Impedance Decades And Equipment For Measuring And Simulating Electrical Quantities, Which Will Contain An Electronic Programmable Resistance And Capacitance Decade Covering At Least 6 Decades Of The Range Of The Given Quantity And Two Capacitance References (100 Pf And 1 Nf) With High Initial Accuracy And Exceptional Long-Term Stability. Furthermore, The Assembly Will Contain An Electronic Multi-Functional Device For Measuring And Simulating Electrical Quantities, Where The Device Will Allow Accurate Measurement Of Dc Voltages And Currents, Electrical Resistance And Frequency. Furthermore, The Device Will Make It Possible To Very Accurately Simulate Direct Current And Alternating Electrical Quantities In Common Ranges Used In Measuring Chains With An Accuracy At The Level Of A 6½-Digit Multimeter. The Device Will Also Be Supplemented With A Simulation Of Synthetic Electrical Capacity, Electrical Resistances And A Set Of Decade Reference Resistors And Capacitors. All Devices Will Be In Desktop Form, And Electronic Devices Will Be Able To Be Connected To A Computer And Controlled Using Scpi Commands. These Devices Will Be Used For The Characterization Of The Electrical Parameters Of The Tested Sensors During Their Development, The Characterization Of Mems Elements And Also For The Evaluation Of Metrological Parameters And Testing Of Electronic Components In Applications For Monitoring And Diagnostics Of Machining Centers, Robotic Manipulators, Positioning Systems, But Also For Less Complex Devices In Within The Automated Production Process. One Of The Applications Of The Programmable Resistor Decade Will Be The Characterization Of The Performance Parameters Of Power Sources Using Ambient Energy ("Energy Harvesters") Usable For Powering Iot Devices In Industrial Applications. The Capacity Decade Will Be Used For Research Purposes Specifically In The Field Of Characterization And Testing Of New Piezoelectric Materials For Sensors Of Vibration And Acoustic Emission Signals And During Their Implementation Into Newly Developed Sensors With Special Parameters Dependent On The Requirements Of The Resulting Application. When Calibrating The Components Of Measuring Systems (Especially Sensors) And Electrical Measuring Chains, A Device Will Be Used That Enables The Simulation Of Basic Electrical Quantities In The Ranges Corresponding To The Input Ranges Of These Measuring Chains And Containing Accurate Resistance And Capacitance Decade References. With The Help Of The Simulation Of Active Electrical Quantities, It Will Be Possible To Verify The Metrological Parameters Of The Developed Measuring Devices Before Their Final Deployment In The Industrial Process. The Simulation Of Passive Electrical Quantities (Resistance And Capacity) Will Allow To Characterize Individual Parts Of Measuring Chains With Respect To Their Input/Output Parameters (Input/Output Impedance). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By The Technical, Commercial And Other Contractual Conditions, Which Are Part Of The Tender Documentation Annexes.
