To Improve The Mooring Safety Of The Current Vessel Sizes Which Berth At Ct1, 2 And 3, The Port Intends To Replace And Supplement The Existing Bollards With Bollards And Quick Release Hooks (Qrh) Of Significantly Larger Capacity. Due To The Order Of Magnitude Of Bollard Capacity Increases, Substantial Structural Works Such As Rock Anchors And Pier Strengthening Will Be Required To Accommodate The Proposed Bollards.
