Zbigniew Kubacki, Constituting Appendix No. 8 To This Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Appendix No. 8 Of The Swz. The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Swz Cover The Entire Investment Task.4. In Addition, The Contractor Will Install And Activate 2 Cameras On The Lighting Pole Located At Dworcowy Square (Pk17b), All Materials Necessary To Perform The Above Will Be Provided By The Employer.5. In Ul. Tysi clecia, The Service Duct Should Be Made In Accordance With Fig. No. 1 And Fig. No. 2 Attached To Appendix No. 8 (Design Documentation).6. If It Is Necessary To Perform Archaeological Research Or Archaeological Supervision At The Construction Site, This Obligation Will Rest With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Also Prepare All Necessary Documentation In This Regard.7. Within The Scope Of The Task, The Contractor Will Apply At His Own Expense And Efforts To Update Decisions And Arrangements That Have Expired Or Will Expire During The Performance Of Works, By Preparing Appropriate Documents, Making Arrangements And Obtaining Current Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Guidelines Contained In The Arrangements And Perform All Activities Indicated Therein (Excluding The Conclusion Of Contracts). Copies Of The Correspondence Should Be Immediately Provided To The Ordering Party Within Three Days Of Sending And Receiving Them.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Appropriate Administrators Of The Network And Devices About The Commencement Of Works.10. All Costs Related To Carrying Out The Works, Making Arrangements For The Duration Of The Works, Occupation Of The Area For The Duration Of The Works, Are Covered By The Contractor.11. The Contractor Will Perform The Works Divided Into Stages Agreed With The Employer. The Contractor Shall Secure The Materials And Equipment Collected For Construction Purposes Against Access By Third Parties.12. The Employer Allows The Inclusion In The Offer And Then The Incorporation Of Equivalent Solutions Consisting In The Use Of Other Materials And Devices Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Provided That All Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Documentation. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires, In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Submit Relevant Documents To Authenticate The Equivalence Of These Materials And Devices. Complex Above Documents Will Be Assessed By The Author Of The Design Documentation, Who Will Prepare An Appropriate Opinion. This Opinion Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision To Accept Or Reject The Offer Due To The Inequivalence Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents On The Use Of Other Materials And Devices In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Design Documentation Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Term Parameters Is Understood As Functionality, Purpose, Colors, Structure, Type Of Material, Shape, Size, Safety, Strength And Other Parameters Assigned To Individual Materials And Devices In The Design Documentation. The Word Or Equivalent Is Added To All Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Design Documentation. All Provisions Of The Swz Should Be Considered Together With The Technical Description Contained In The Design Documentation. In A Situation Where The Requirements In The Swz Exceed The Requirements Contained In The Standards, The Provisions Contained In The Swz.13 Shall Apply. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Not Binding And Are Only Auxiliary Material For The Contractor, Who, In Order To Prepare The Offer, Should Develop His Own Bill Of Quantities Based On The Design Of The Construction Documentation. 14. The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Supply The Construction Site With Electricity And Water As Well As Collect Waste And Impurities At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts. 15. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Demolition Materials In Such A Way That They Can Be Used For Reuse. In Particular, This Applies To Curbs, Paving Stones, Tiles, Road Markings And Lighting Poles. Demolition Of Asphalt Pavements Is To Take Place In Such A Way That The Material Resulting From The Demolition Can Be Reused By The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Return The Resulting Material With A Protocol, Taking Into Account Its Type And Quantity, Or Re-Incorporate It After The Completion Of The Works As A Reconstruction Of The Surface. 16. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform And Introduce Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works In The Areas Of Streets. It Is Necessary To Ensure Continuous Access To The Property For Residents Of The Street And Emergency Services. Temporary And Short-Term Closures Of The Passability Are Allowed After Prior Notification Of Residents And The Employer, Specifying The Closing Time And Introducing Appropriate Temporary Traffic Organization.17. The Contractor Shall Provide Construction Services For: Construction Manager And Works Managers In Relevant Industries.18. The Ordering Party Allows Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To The Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor.19. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Part Of The Order That Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
