1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of 13 Parking Meters.2. Parking Meters Will Be Installed At Plac 15 Sierpnia In P o sk (09-100) And The Adjacent Streets: Warszawska, Pu tuska, Przejazd And Zdu ska.3. A Detailed Description Of The Parking Meters Is Included In Appendix No. 7 To The Note: The Ordering Party Changes The Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Specification: 1) Point 2: Housing, Reference No. 2 Shall Read: Coated With Epoxy Powder Varnish In Ral 7016 Or 7044 (Full Set In One Of The Indicated Colors).4. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Deliver 13 New Parking Meters And Install Them In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2) Train Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Parking Meters And It Systems; 3) Comprehensive Service And Maintenance In Terms Of Service, Ongoing Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Parking Meters And Systems During The Warranty Period;4) Ongoing System Updates.5. Installation Details: 1) The Contractor Shall Provide The Purchaser With Foundations For Parking Meters; 2) The Purchaser Shall Build In The Provided Foundations And Inform The Contractor About The Possibility Of Installing Parking Meters; 3) The Contractor Shall Install Parking Meters On Built-In Foundations.6. All Parking Meters Must Be Of The Same Type And Have The Same Technical Parameters.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Object Of The Order Is Brand New, Has No Traces Of Use And Is Not Subject To Third Party Rights. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Come From Current Production, I.E. It Will Be Produced Within 12 Months Before The Date Of Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, It Will Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality And Admitted To Trading. In Addition, No Piece Of Equipment Or Any Of Its Components Will Be Reconditioned, Post-Exhibition And Previously Used By Another Entity. In Addition, It Will Have Attestations And Certificates Required By Law.8. Each Parking Meter Should Be Marked With A Nameplate Containing The Serial Number, Date Of Manufacture, Manufacturers Name And Country Of Origin.9. The System Supervising The Operation Of Parking Meters Must Be Compatible With The Optima System Already Owned By The Investor And The Exek.10 Payment Control System. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract In Its Entirety And The Materials Used.11. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With A 24-Month Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Damage That Occurred During The Performance Of The Works (Regarding, Among Others, Plant Material And Possible Damage To Existing Pavements, Water Facilities, Cables, Pipes And Other Underground And Above-Ground Installations).
