Tuusula Municipalitys Facilities Services Are Requesting A Bid For A Building Automation Contract For The Tuusulanjärvi Campus Under Construction In Tuusula. The Request For A Bid Concerns A Building Automation Contract. The System Is Installed In Working Condition And Commissioned And Documented. The Contract Is Implemented As A Side Contract And Subordinated To The Main Contract. The Main Contractor Is Lujatalo Oy. The Tender Must Be Submitted Using The Tender Form Attached To The Request For Tenders. The Tentative Date For Work On The Site Is 8/2023–4/2024. In Scheduling The Work, The Procedure According To The Subcontracting Contract Is Followed. In Connection With The Competition, A Framework Arrangement For Building Automation System Contracting For The Projects Of Tuusula Municipality For The Period 2023-2027 Will Also Be Established, According To The Ranking Order Of The Bidders In This Procurement. The Winner Of The Procurement Will Be Selected As The Building Automation Contractor For The Tuusulanjärvi Campus. The Two (2) Best-Placed Bidders In The Procurement Meeting The Minimum Requirements Of The Request For Tenders Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement.
