3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room At The Local Government Kindergarten In Przemęt Along With The Replacement Of The Central Heating Boiler. And Requires The Following Scope Of Works:3.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of A Farm Building Intended For The Boiler Room Of The Local Government Kindergarten In Przemęt With The Simultaneous Demolition Of The Adjoining Part With A Shed Roof, Which Currently Houses The Boiler Room And The Replacement Of The Central Heating Boiler. For A Solid Fuel Boiler - Eco-Pea Coal With A Capacity Of 50 Kw. As A Result Of Demolition Works In The Front Part Of The Plot In Question There Is A Kindergarten Building And A Playground For Children Located In The Back Part Of The Plot. The Plot Area Is Flat. The Boiler House Building Will Be Connected To The Power Grid From The Existing Kindergarten Building With A Yky 5X4mm2 Cable And Supplied With Water From The Existing Kindergarten Building With Pe 32 Pipes. The Facility Will Be Connected To The Sewage Network - To The Existing Manhole On The Plot In Question. Central Heating Will Be Supplied From The Boiler Room. Existing Kindergarten Building. Water From The Roofs Will Be Drained To The Unpaved Area Of ​​The Plot. The Facility Is Located At A Standard Distance From The Existing Overhead Line. Entrance To The Plot Existing. The Planned Investment Will Be Carried Out In The Area Of ​​The Urban Layout And Construction Complex From The 13Th-19Th Century In Przemęt, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Number 1329/A. For Carrying Out Construction Works In This Area, The Investor Obtained A Permit From The Wielkopolskie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments In Poznań, Leszno Branch (Permit No. 490/A/2022 Of August 22, 2022). The Building To Be Reconstructed Was Designed On A Rectangular Plan, Built In Traditional Masonry Technology, Covered With A Steep Gable Roof With A Wooden Structure, Covered With Plain Tiles Laid In A Double Lace Pattern. The Facility Was Located On The Border With The Neighboring Plot - The Cemetery, Owned By The Parish. The Investors Plot Is Separated From The Parish Plot By A Brick Wall Approx. 2.20 M High. After Demolition Of The Economic Part, An External Brick Wall Will Be Left On The Side Of The Cemetery At A Height Of Approx. 2.20 M. This Wall And The Remaining Wall Will Be Cleaned, Bricks Will Be Added And Welds. All Cracked And Rotten Bricks Will Be Hewn Out And Supplemented With Full Burnt Bricks. The Top Of The Wall Will Be Made As A Brick Eaves - Modeled On The Existing Eaves. Construction Works Will Consist In: Chipping Off All External And Internal Plasters, Making New Cement-Lime Plasters, Demolition Of Partition Walls And Construction Of New Partition Walls Made Of Full Brick With Ei 120 Resistance, Painting Internal Walls With Emulsion Paints, And External Walls With Silicone Paints, Sbn Type Lintels, Walling Will Be Made Of Solid Brick, Demolition Of The Existing Floors, Making New Floors On The Ground As Concrete Floors On An Insulating Layer And A Base Of Lean Concrete And Sand Bed. Steel Doors In The Fire Resistance Class, Aluminum Windows In The Fire Resistance Class. In The Unused Attic, The Residual Plaster Will Be Removed, The Wooden Elements Of The Roof Truss Will Be Checked, Cleaned And Impregnated, The Roof Will Be Boarded And Covered With A Layer Of Roofing Felt, Strengthening Or Replacement Of Corroded Elements Of The Roof Truss Should Be Provided. On The Battens And Counter-Battens, A New Cover Will Be Made Of Plain Tiles Laid In A Double Lace Pattern. The Electrical, Sanitary, Lighting And Plug Socket Installations Will Be Reconstructed.3.3. Complementary Information: 3.3.1. When Replacing The Existing Boiler, A Solid Fuel Boiler - Eco-Pea Coal, With A Capacity Of 50 Kw Should Be Installed.3.3.2. The Employer Informs That In Fig. 2S Technology Diagram Of The Boiler Room (Appendix No. 9 To Swz) There Is An Error In The Diameter Of The Pipe Between The Heat Exchanger And The Manifold. There Is A Designation Dn 25, It Should Be Dn 40.3.3.3. The Employer Informs That The Hardening Made Of Concrete Cubes Included In The Pzt (Land Development Plan) Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Contract In Question.3.3.4. The Employer Informs That The Parameters Of The Electronic Pumps Are As Follows: - Boiler Pump: Q=4.39M3/H, H=4M, - Central Heating Pump: Q=3.88M3/H, H=16M, - Hot Water Pump: Q=2.603 /H, H=16M.3.3.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Parameters Of The Mixing Valve Are As Follows:  Atv Temperature Valve, 55 Degrees C, Kvs=9M3/H, Dn32.3.3.6. The Employer Informs That The Method Of Controlling The Pump Circuits Is Weather Control, Depending On The External Temperature.3.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design Documentation Prepared By: Pik Biuro Usług Budownictwa Patryk Pietrzak.3.5. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials.3.6. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The As-Built Geodetic Inventory.3.7. The Contractors Obligations Include Conducting All Necessary Tests And Incurring All Related Costs As Well As Setting Up And Maintaining The Marking For The Duration Of The Works.
