Operation Means All The Services, Supplies And Works Required To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The Landfill. Maintenance Means The Services As Well As The Supply Of Spare Parts Provided By The Contracting Economic Operator To Ensure The Continuous And Smooth Operation Of All The Landfills Individual Facilities.
