Piłsudskiego 55 And Ul. Grodziska 1 For The New Seat Of The Community Self-Help Center In Kościan.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Demolition Works With The Removal And Disposal Of Materials, 2) Construction Works (Construction Of Foundations, Construction Of Foundation Walls, Construction Of Load-Bearing And Partition Walls, Construction Of The Floor On The Ground, Insulation Works, Construction Of The Ceiling, Construction And Roofing , Assembly Of The Elevator Shaft Structure), 3) Assembly Of Window And Door Woodwork, 4) Renovation Of The Joinery, 5) Execution Of The Elevation With Flashings, 6) Assembly Of Suspended Ceilings And Finishing Works (Plastering, Spackling Together With Painting, Finishing Layers Of Floors And Stairs ),7) Assembly And Commissioning Of A Passenger Lift,8) Electrical, Lightning And Teletechnical Installation Works,9) Installation Of Emergency Evacuation Lighting With Increased Intensity Up To 5 Lux,10) Equipping The Building (Rooms And Escape Routes) With 230 V Smoke Detectors,11 ) Impregnation Of The Wooden Staircase With Fire Retardants,12) Installation Works In The Field Of Central Heating, Hot Tap Water, Cold Water, Sanitary And Rainwater Drainage, Gas And Ventilation,13) Comprehensive Equipping Of Toilets With Partition Walls, Washbasin Cabinets, Handrails, Fittings , Mirrors, Soap Dispensers And Paper Feeders, 14) Tidying Up The Construction Site, 15) Construction Of Internal Roads, Planting Vegetation And Sidewalks, 16) Performance Of Other Works Resulting From The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation, 17) Carrying Out All Necessary Tests, Tests And Acceptances In The Scope Of Installation, Passenger Lift, Road Lane Occupation And Fees For This, 18) Preparation Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, 19) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And As-Built Geodetic Inventory.
