10.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 258 At Ul. Brechta 8 In Warsaw. A) Stage 1 - Development Of Design And Cost Documentation For The Investment Referred To Above, Along With Obtaining All Required Approvals And Permits On Behalf Of The Employer, Including The Permission Of The Mazowieckie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments To Perform Construction Works, With The Obligation To Perform Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Contractors Design Documentation, From The Date Of Their Commencement To The Date Of Their Completion. B) Stage 2 - Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Referred To Above, Based On The Design Documentation Developed As Part Of Stage 1 , Development Of As-Built Documentation, In A Layout Corresponding To The Architectural And Construction Design, Taking Into Account All Changes Introduced In The Course Of The Investment Implementation And Documentation Of Built-In Materials, Devices And Fixed Elements, Performance Of An Energy Audit Confirming The Achievement Of The Assumed Thermal Conductivity Indicators For Building Partitions And The Effect Of Reducing Energy Consumption, Preparation Of The Acceptance Documentation Based On The Design And As-Built Documentation, To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Acceptance And Obtain, By Way Of A Decision/No Objection Of The Building Supervision Authority To The Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works, Performing Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works.10.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works, Together With The Requirements Regarding The Quality And Standard Of Execution, Are Included In The Order Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex 7 To Swz) With Attachments: A) Rdoś Decision; B) Mwkz Recommendations; C) Drawings With Layout Windows; 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix 2 To The Swz); 3) Functional And Utility Program With An Audit (Appendix 8); 4) Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise (Appendix 9). 10.3. After The Completion Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Place The Mural On One Of The Walls Of The School Building. The Ordering Party Stipulates That This Cannot Affect The Guarantees.
