1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Delivery, Assembly, Programming And Commissioning Of 15 Parking Meters For The Paid Parking Zone In Jarocin, Within 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2) Delivery Of 15 Additional, Replaceable Cassettes For Parking Meters. 3) Delivery 15 Pieces Of Test Tokens For Parking Meters. 4) Delivery Of 3 Mobile Printers For Control Together With The Necessary Control Software And Software For The Administration Of The Spp Office. 5) Delivery Of Licenses For The System Software For The Control And Administration Of The Spp Office. 6) Training Of The Employers Employees (3 Employees Offices, 3 Controllers) In The Field Of Ongoing Operation And Maintenance Of Devices And Software. 7) Authorization Of Trained Employees Of The Employer To Perform Independent Repairs Of The Delivered Parking Meters, Along With Confirmation That These Activities Will Not Violate The Warranty And Guarantee Conditions Provided By The Contractor. 8) Training Technical Services Of The Employer (2 Persons) In The Scope Of Current Service Activities Of Parking Meters.9) Execution Of 15 Foundation Bases For Delivered Parking Meters In Places Indicated By The Employer. Transporting Them To The Ordering Partys Warehouse.11) Ensuring And Replenishing The Stock Of Components And Spare Parts In The Ordering Partys Warehouse, Throughout The Warranty Period, Enabling The Ordering Party To Maintain The Delivered Parking Meters In Continuous Technical Condition.12) Providing Access To Parts For A Period Of 10 Years From The Date Of Delivery 13) Providing, During The Warranty Period, Free Access For At Least 3 Computer Stations To The Monitoring System And The Payment Card Acceptance System, Along With Sim Cards For Parking Meters, With The Possibility Of Extension After The Warranty Period. 14) Ensuring The Integrity Of The Delivered Mobile Printers For Inspection With By The Ordering Party With Smartphones With Android Software. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attachment To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). At The Same Time, It Is Mentioned That Part Of The Investment Area Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Historical Urban Layout Of The City Of Jarocin By The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Pozna .2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Name Of The Manufacturer Or Company, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use Other Materials Equivalent, But With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.1. According To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Par. 3 Of The Pzp, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To.2.2. According To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Employer Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree.2.3. Whenever The Swz Indicates A Material Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Material That Meets The Technical Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. Whenever This Specification Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies It Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Guaranteeing Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies Or Materials Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Acceptance Of Equivalent Materials By The Ordering Party Shall Be Made In Writing On The Basis Of Documents Submitted By The Contractor (Catalogue Cards Or Other Documents) Confirming Their Equivalence.2.4. Note: With Regard To Each Standard Referred To In The Swz, Including The National Standard, The Employer Allows The Use Of An Equivalent Standard. Thus, Each Phrase Included In The Swz Referring To A Standard, Norm, Approval, Material, Patent Or Trademark Should Be Read With The Accompanying Note Or Equivalent, Taking Into Account The Guidelines And Requirements Specified In The Swz Specifying The Equivalence Parameters.3. Dividing The Performance Of The Contract Into Parts Would Increase Costs, Implementation Difficulties And The Risk Of Delaying Deadlines, And Would Also Be Artificial And Pointless.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Variant Offers And Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 8.
