Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Products And Construction Materials And Materials Not Approved For Use In Construction.8. Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works Subject To Concealment Or Disappearing, Participation In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Installations. 9. Settling, In Consultation With The Designer And Works Manager, Any Doubts Of A Technical Nature Arising In The Course Of The Works - After Consultation With The Ordering Party. 10. Checking The Completeness Of The Documents And Certificates Presented By The Contractor Of Construction Works Necessary To Carry Out The Acceptance And, At The Request Of The Investor, Controlling The Construction Settlements.11. Participation In Acceptance Of Works.12. Enforcement From The Contractor Of Construction Works For The Correct And Timely Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 13. Informing The Employer About The Progress Of Construction Works And Any Circumstances That May Affect The Extension Of The Investment Completion Date, The Need To Introduce Replacement Or Additional Works. 14. Informing About Noticed Irregularities Regarding The Observance Of Fire Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Etc. On The Construction Site. 15. Participation In Coordination Meetings On Dates Depending On The Needs And Progress Of Works.16. Participation In Inspections Carried Out By The Construction Supervision And Other Bodies Authorized To Inspect And Checking The Implementation Of Findings And Decisions Made During These Inspections.17. Treating Information Obtained From The Ordering Party As Confidential.18. Ongoing Consultations And Advice For The Employer.19. In The Case Of Works That Are Not Covered By The Design Documentation Or Changes Suggested By The Contractor, Agreeing With The Employer The Procedure For Proceeding Or Informing About The Rejection Of The Suggested Changes, Where The Entity Exercising Investors Supervision Is Not Entitled, Without Prior Consultation With The Employer, To Reject, Approve Additional Works Or Changes That Will Result In Financial Changes Of The Task And Changes In The Subject Of The Construction Contract. 20. Evaluation And Verification Of Proposals For Additional Or Replacement Works Submitted By The Contractor, Including Preparation Of Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities And Obtaining The Required Approvals.21. Suspension Of Further Construction Works If Their Continuation Could Cause A Threat Or Cause Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Documentation.22. Demand From The Site Manager Or Works Manager To Make Corrections Or Redo Defective Works.23. Confirmation Of Actually Performed Works And Preparation Of The Investment For Final Acceptance. 24. Providing The Employer With All Substantive Assistance During The Above-Mentioned Inspection And In Connection With The Preparation Of Responses To The Post-Inspection Information, As Well As At The Stage Of Implementing Post-Inspection Recommendations, The Scope Of Which Applies To The Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment. 25. Providing The Employer With All Substantive Assistance During The Above-Mentioned Inspection And In Connection With The Preparation Of Responses To Post-Inspection Information, As Well As At The Stage Of Implementing Post-Inspection Recommendations, The Scope Of Which Applies To The Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment. 26. The Investors Supervision Should Be Ensured Throughout The Entire Period Of Construction Works, Including In The Case Of Extending The Deadline For The Implementation Of Construction Works With The Contractor Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Concluded Schedule Annexes. Extension Of The Period Of Investors Supervision Due To The Possible Extension Of Construction Works Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration Due To The Contractor.27. At The Request Of The Employer, The Supervision Inspector Will Be Available At The Construction Site On The Date Specified In The Offer. The Number Of Visits Of The Supervision Inspector At The Construction Site Must Ensure Proper Supervision Over The Course Of The Works And May Not Be Less Than 2 Times A Week And Min. 10 Times A Month. In The Event Of A Documented Illness Or Other Objective Obstacle To The Performance Of The Obligation To Stay At The Construction Site, The Supervision Inspector Will Appoint A Substitute Supervision Inspector Who Has Building Qualifications Appropriately For Supervised Construction Works. The Substitute Supervision Inspector Shall Notify The Employer About The Replacement And Present A Written Authorization From The Supervision Inspector. The Supervision Inspector Bears Full Responsibility For All Supervision, Including Supervision Performed By The Substitute Inspector. All Entries In The Construction Logbook Made By The Substitute Inspector Must Be Confirmed By The Supervision Inspector With His Own Entry. 28. During The Warranty Period For Construction Works, The Contractor Undertakes To Come To The Employers Every Call And To Participate In Activities Related To Inspections.
