The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - External Works: Cutting Out Window Openings In The Facade Of The Building, Cutting Out Window Openings In The Walls, Installation Of Pvc Windows, Processing, Repairing The Facade; - Execution Of Partition Walls: Walls Made Of Cellular Concrete Blocks, Plastering Of Ceilings And Walls; - Works Joinery And Metalwork: Ei30 Steel Doors, Al - Ei30 Glazed Doors, Internal Board Doors In Cpl 0.2 Mm Veneer, Pass-Through Wardrobe For Contact With Food; - Finishing Construction Works: Anti-Slip Tiles Floors, Stainless Steel Balustrades And Handrails, Cladding With Gkf And Gkfi Boards, Facing Walls With Tiles, Priming Ceilings And Walls; - Installation Works: Electrical, Water And Sewage, Central Heating.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Documentation. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Construction Design (Part), 2) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Received From The Employer, Using The Price Base Adopted By Him For Costing And After Adding Vat. The Offer Cost Estimate Must Be Consistent With The Bill Of Quantities And Should Include The Basis For The Valuation Of Works, Description Of Works In Accordance With The Description Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Measurement Used In The Bill Of Quantities And A Flat-Rate Net Unit Price For Each Item Of The Bill Of Quantities. The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Point 13.4 Of The Swz .4. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Project Documentation, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Bill Of Quantities Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation, The Bill Of Quantities Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Bill Of Quantities, This Means That They Are Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard.The Contractor May Use Materials Or Devices Equivalent, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. Equipment Or Equivalent Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Contract That The Equipment And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer. The Use Of A Label In The Design Documentation Means That The Employer Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet Equivalent Requirements Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Employer, The Employer, Within The Time Limit Set By Him, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, If The Given Contractor Proves That The Construction Works , Deliveries Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Use In The Project Documentation Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Test Report Carried Out By This Body As A Means Of Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Tender Evaluation Criteria Or Contract Performance Conditions Means That The Contracting Authority Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. The Employer Also Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Proof, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, In The Event That A Given Contractor Has Neither Access To Certificates Or Test Reports Nor The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In A Timely Manner, Unless This Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Contractor , And Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Or Criteria Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Criteria For The Evaluation Of Tenders Or Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract.
