The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Unit And The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Administrative And Office Building Of The Poviat Veterinary Inspectorate In Wałbrzych, Located At Ul. Wysockiego 34 On The Plot With Registration Number 147/4 In Precinct No. 0018 - Biały Kamień. And Water And Sewage Installations, In Accordance With The New Functional Layout.3. Renovation Works Will Consist In The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Unit, I.E., Among Others, The Construction Of New Partition Walls Made Of Lime-Sand Blocks, The Construction Of A Concrete Floor With Terracotta Tiles, The Implementation Of Wall Tiles And New Cement-Lime And Lime Plasters, Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, And The Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings And Furniture. Bathrooms And Toilets Are Located On The Ground Floor. The Works Also Include The Renovation Of The Roof, Which Consists In Making A New Covering Of Insulating Felt, Replacing Flashings And Gutters With Downpipes. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Construction/Renovation And Installation Works Is Set Out In Annex 12 To The Swz Constituting The Design Documentation, I.E.: Land Development Plan, Architectural And Construction Design. 14 Constituting The Bill Of Quantities.6. If The Ordering Party, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And In Particular In The Design Documentation, Material Specification And In The Bill Of Quantities, Indicated Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Products Equivalent, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Tor. The Possible Indication Of This Information Is Only To Approximate The Requirements That Could Not Be Described Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms. Each Time Such Information Is Indicated In This Tor Or Its Appendices, It Should Be Assumed That The Wording Or Equivalent Has Been Used In Relation To It. The Principle Of Recognition Or Non-Recognition By The Ordering Party Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Product To The Product Indicated In The Order Documentation Is The Product Features Described In Swz.7. If The Ordering Party Has Used Standards, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law. Should Be Understood As Exemplary. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law. Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Tor. Each Time A Standard Is Indicated In This Tor, It Should Be Assumed That It Is Referred To As Or Equivalent. 8. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz - Which Is A Template Of The Contract.9. Prior To Submitting The Offer, The Contracting Authority Enables The Contractor To Inspect The Subject Of The Contract, To Carry Out A Site Visit In Order To Obtain All The Necessary Information To Prepare The Offer. The Contractor Interested In Carrying Out A Site Inspection Is Obliged To Agree A Date With The Employer By Telephone Or E-Mail Contact With The Person Indicated In The Swz For Contact Regarding This Procedure.10. The Employer Informs That He Will Not Provide Any Information During The Site Visit. Any Questions Or Doubts Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Via The Electronic Communication Tools Specified In The Tor, Which Takes Place Via The E-Order Platform.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions, In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Regard.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works.
