Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Construction And Maintenance Works In The Peoples House Building: ,B) Works On The Roof Of The Building:  Demolition Of The Roof Structure, With The Proviso That Reusable Wooden Beams From The Roof Structure Are Intended For Re-Installation,  Demolition Of The Roof Covering, With The Proviso That The Reusable Tiles Are Intended For Building In To The Maximum Extent, - Demolition Of Fittings And Roof Flashings, - Making A New Roof Structure (With Re-Incorporation Of Elements From The Demolished Roof Structure), - Making A New Roof Covering Made Of Ceramic Tiles, - Performing Roof Flashings And Eaves With A Wooden Soffit Finish, Roof Hatch, - Execution Of Downpipes And Gutters, - Works On Chimneys, C) Works On External Walls Of The Building, Including: - Making Wreaths (In The Scope Not Performed In Stage I), - Walling Up Openings And Making New Openings, Making Openings Vaulted Arrangement Of Lintels (Within The Scope Not Performed In Stage I), - Supplementing The Walls, - External Plastering, - Façade Along With Accompanying Works, - Execution Of External And Internal Window Sills, - Assembly Of External Window And Door Joinery (Subject To Maintenance As Part Of Stage I) .D) Execution Of External Balustrades, External Stairs (Including The Demolition Of External Reinforced Concrete Stairs At The Back Of The Building), And The External Terrace Of The Building, E) Execution Of Floors On The Ground, And Execution Of Floors (Without Finishing Elements) Along With Demolition And Accompanying Works, F) Demolition Of The Existing And Construction Of New Ceilings Above The Ground Floor And Above The First Floor In The Building, With The Proviso That Reusable Wooden Beams Of Ceilings Are Intended For Re-Building, G) Bricklaying, Redecoration, Including Internal Partition Walls, Chimneys, H) Execution Of Internal Stairs In The Buildingi) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection And Sanitary Sewage System To The Peoples House Building, J) Execution Of External Lighting Of The Area Around The Peoples House Building, K) Land Development, Including Hardening Of The Area And Parking Spaces At The Peoples House Building. 2) Installation Works In The Building Of The Peoples House: A) Execution Of Internal Installations In The Building Of The Peoples House (Water Supply System: Cold Water, Hot Water And Circulation, As Well As The Central Heating Installation Were Brought To The Building From The Cultural Center In The First Stage): - Gas Installation, - Central Heating Installation, - Installation Water Supply (Cold, Hot Water And Circulation Water), - Hydrant System, - Sanitary System, - Ventilation System, - Air-Conditioning System, - Electrical System, - Closed-Circuit Television System, - Burglar Alarm System, - Ict System, - Cinema System, - Installation Fire Alarm System, - Sound And Av Installation, - Lightning Protection And Earthing System, B) Execution Of Sanitary Facilities With White Assembly In The Building Of The Peoples House (Including Washbasins, Toilets, Shower Cabins, Shower Trays, Urinals, Batteries, Mirrors, Paper Containers, Soap, Waste Bins), 3) Construction Works In The Cultural Center Building: A) Installation Of A 65 Kw Gas Boiler With Accessories In The Existing Boiler Room Of The Culture Center For The Needs Of The Peoples House (The Installation In The Center Building Is Already Completed As Part Of Stage I), B) Execution Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Needs Of Both Buildings With A Foundation On The Roof Of The Cultural Center Building, 4) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation Based On The Construction And Detailed Design, Conducting Tests, Tests Necessary To Assess The Quality Of Works And Other Documents Provided For In The Provisions Of The Law Construction And Other Detailed Regulations, Obtaining A Final Decision Allowing The Use Of The Facility By The National Building Inspectorate In Łańcut, In Accordance With Art. 54, 56 And 57 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, Of 2022, Item 88, As Amended). 5) Obtaining Acceptance Of Works For And On Behalf Of The Employer By Conservation Services At The Historic Building (To The Extent That These Works Will Be Performed). 6) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For And On Behalf Of The Employer, If Required (Including Partial Use, Depending On The Progress Of Works).
