Acquisition Of Specialized Services And Set Of Licenses For Unified Solution For Separating And Securing Elinp Data Networks Is Necessary Because Subscription-Based Access To Specialized Technical Support Services Necessary For The Operation Of The Solution And Multiple Important Cyber Security Functions (Services) Within The Solution, Whose Operation Is Subscription-Based, Will Expire . Their Extension Represents A Precondition For The Development Of Experimental And Support Activities Within Elinp In Conditions Of Stability, Safety And Security, Especially In The Context Of Current Cyber Threats. The Set Of Licenses Includes The Licenses Strictly Necessary From A Technical Point Of View To Perform The Services Of Reconfiguration/Expansion Of The Capacity Of The Centralized Management Component (Fortimanager) Within The Solution. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 160 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Interested Economic Operators Will Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Up To 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
