This Is A New Construction Of A Sports Complex Including An Outdoor Sports Field, Specifically An Athletics Oval, A Football Field, A Multi-Purpose Field, Clay Courts, A Workout Field, A Beach Volleyball Field, A Childrens Playground, A Skate Park, Parkour And A Climbing Wall, As Well As Facilities For Athletics And Soccer. A Restaurant Including Facilities For Staff Will Be Part Of The Building For Football (The Catering Equipment Of The Restaurant Is Not Subject To The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract). Both Buildings Will Be Heated By Air/Water Heat Pump Assemblies.
