The Main Purpose Of The Contract Is To Adapt The Building Of The Commune Office To The Requirements Regarding Access For Disabled People To The Second Floor Of The Building. Arrangements For The Installation Of A Passenger Lift With The Adaptation Of The Existing Lift Shaft By A Person With The Required Legal Building Qualifications. • Obtaining The Consents Required By Law For The Implementation Of Works Specified In The Design. Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party • Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of A Developed Construction Design. The Construction Works Of The Passenger Lift Installation Will Include: • Cutting Out Door Openings In The Existing Shaft, Possibly Making Lintels. • Adaptation Works Of The Lift Shaft, Including Cleaning The Shaft Pit, Plastering The Shaft And Painting It With Dust-Free Paint From The Inside. • Assembly Of The Shafts Lighting System. And Execution Of The Electrical Installation Powering The Lift. • Cutting Grooves And Laying Cables And Switchboards. • Installation Of The Lifting Device. • Installation Of Call Cassettes At Stops And Floor Indicators. • Installation Of Low-Current Cables For The Needs Of The Emergency Communication System. • Replenishment Of Internal Plasters And Damaged Floors• Replenishment Of Painting After Repairing Plasters.• Removal And Disposal Of Debris Created During Work.• Starting The Elevator And Training Employees In The Use Of The Crane.
