The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Relocation Of The Porters Lodge From Room 1.2 To Room 1.16, Construction Of An Internal Window In The Ei30 Fire Class, 2) Liquidation Of The Internal Window Opening In The Room No. 1.2 - Bricking Up The Opening In The Rei60 Fire Class, 3) Inserting The Fire Door In The Ei30 Class Into The Switchgear Room - No. 1.2, 4) Increasing The Fire Resistance Of The Partitions (Walls And Ceiling) Separating The Switchgear Room To The Rei60 Fire Resistance Class, 5) Sealing The Room Switchgear Of Installation Culverts With Sealing Compounds Up To Class Min. Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Third Party Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For The Guarantee Sum Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 (In Words: Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), Valid Not Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Shall Accept The Third Party Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of The Activity Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Guarantee Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable With Continuity Of Insurance Protection Until The Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Document Within The Scope Of The Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuing This Document At The Latest.9. Work Carried Out During The School Year Will Take Place At A Working Educational Institution. 10. Information On The Use Of Products, Materials And Equivalent Technologies. In The Case Of Names Of Materials Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure, They Should Be Understood As Exemplary - With Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case To Use A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order. Only Such Changes Of Materials Are Allowed, Which Are Within The Framework Of The Contained Construction, Technological And Technical Solutions. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Relevant Documents Confirming The Parameters Of Materials And Devices. If It Intends To Use Any Solutions Or Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Is Obliged To Describe Them In Detail In The Offer And Demonstrate Their Equivalence. In Such A Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards. Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Contain A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification And In Each Technical Reference System. According To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documents Is Obliged To Prove It By Attaching To The Offer Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. The Offered Devices And Equivalent Materials Must Have The Appropriate Attestations Or Admissions To Economic Circulation Required By Law. All Requirements Set Out In The Documents Indicated In The Design Documentation Are Requirements Minimum, And Their Fulfillment Is Mandatory. Failure To Meet The Above Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Tender As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Sec. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law11. Type Of Activities Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, To Which The Requirements Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Performance Of The Contract Apply: Bricklaying, Installation, Insulation, Assembly, Painters, As Well As Equipment Operators. The Method Of Employment Verification Of The Above. Persons, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 9 To The Tor).
