The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Plastic Waste Management Services With The Code 15 01 02 And 20 01 39 In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 640 Mg (Waste Code 15 01 02 In The Amount Of Up To 620 Mg, And Waste With The Code 20 01 39 In The Amount Of Up To 20 Mg) During The Term Of The Contract, Collected In A Yellow Bag As Part Of The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties And Received In Bulk At The Point Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of ​​The Rokietnica Commune.2. Plastic Waste - It Should Be Understood As Waste Referred To In §4 Section 4 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 29, 2016 On The Detailed Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 19); I.E.: Plastic Bottles, Caps, Caps And Caps For Jars And Bottles, Plastic Packaging, Plastic Bags And Bags, Tin Cans, Aluminum Beverage Cans, Multi-Material Packaging (Milk And Juice Cartons). 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept Selectively Collected Municipal Waste, Delivered By The Entity Indicated By The Ordering Party In A Continuous And Uninterrupted Manner, During The Contractors Working Hours.4. The Process Of Realizing The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) The Management Of The Plastics Provided By The Ordering Party. Waste Subject To Management Should Be Managed Only In The Installation Within The Meaning Of Art. 30 Of The Act On Waste, Which Is At The Disposal Of The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As The Installation; B) Fulfillment Of Recording, Reporting And Information Obligations By The Contractor.
