The Subject Of The Contract Is: Maintenance And Operation Of Water Supply And Sewage Systems Along With Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal In The Sadlinki Commune - In Accordance With The Act Of June 7, 2001 On Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal, The Scope Of Which Includes :1) Maintenance, Operation, Repair, Maintenance And Operation Of Water Supply Stations And Underground Water Intakes In Sadlinki Glina And Wi liny, Water Supply Network, Water Supply Facilities And Devices, Constituting The Water Supply Infrastructure In The Sadlinki Commune (Including Those Built And Commissioned During The Implementation Of The Agreement).2) Maintenance, Operation, Repair, Maintenance And Servicing Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Sadlinki, Sanitary Sewage Network And Sewage Pumping Stations (Including Those Built And Commissioned During The Execution Of The Agreement).2. Under The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Conclude, On Behalf Of The Sadlinki Commune, Contracts With Entities Using Water Supply And Wastewater Collection, 2) Collect Fees From Recipients For Water Supply And Sanitary Wastewater Collection In Accordance With The Tariff Approved By The State Water Holding Polish Waters3) Conduct Documentation Of Operated Facilities And Networks 4) Defining Technical Conditions And Granting Consent For Connections To The Water Supply And Sewage Systems 5) Acceptance Of Water Supply Networks And Connections As Well As Sanitary Sewage Networks And Connections. Order Fulfillment Period. 7) Having A 24-Hour Water And Sewage Emergency Service Capable Of 24-Hour Service In The Field Of Water And Sewage Failures.3. In The Scope Of Operation And Maintenance Of Collective Water Supply Devices, He Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: 1) Extraction Of Water, Along With Its Treatment, 2) Care For Round-The-Clock And Trouble-Free Water Supply For Individual And Collective Recipients With Parameters Specified In Applicable Regulations, 3) Maintenance Of Water Treatment Plants And Water Supply Devices In Proper Technical Condition, In Particular Current Maintenance Of Devices And Pipelines, I.E. Replenishment Of Defective Or Damaged Fittings And Equipment, Cleaning Of Devices And Pipelines, Ongoing Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Deep Wells And Water Treatment Plants, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, For The Collective Water Supply Of The Sadlinki Commune5) Immediate Removal Of All Leaks And Leaks On Water Supply Networks And Connections6) Immediate Removal Of Any Failures And Technical Defects Arising At Water Intakes That Disrupt The Continuity Of Water Supply And The Proper Operation Of The Network,7) Conducting Quality Tests Extracted And Supplied Water In Accordance With Separate Regulations. 8) Removing Failures Of Water Supply Connections And Sewage Devices Or Sewage Connections Owned By The Recipient Of Services. 4. Within The Scope Of Operation And Maintenance Of Collective Sanitary Sewage Systems, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) 24-Hour And Failure-Free Collection Of Sewage From Individual Recipients. And Sewage Pumping Station3) Ongoing Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Sadlinki, Ensuring The Achievement Of Parameters Of Treated Sewage In Accordance With The Water And Legal Permit: Bod5 40 Mgo2/Dm3, Chzt 150 Mgo2/Dm3, Total Suspended Solids 50 Mg/Dm34) Immediate Removal Of Failures At The Sewage Pumping Station, Sewage System Sewage Treatment Plant; 5) Proper And Lawful Management Of Sludge And Waste Generated At The Sewage Treatment Plant; 6) Obtaining And Holding A Water Law Permit For The Discharge Of Treated Sewage To Struga Krzeszowska In Sadlinki; 7) Conducting Average Daily Tests Of The Quality Of Sewage And Sewage Sludge, Incurring Employment Costs Appropriate Personnel, Incurring The Costs Of Electricity On The Basis Of Invoices Issued By The Energy Supplier, 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Application For Approval Of The Tariff For Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal In The Sadlinki Commune, In Accordance With The Act Of June 7, 2001 On Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal, Whenever Such An Obligation Results From The Act Or Upon Each Request Of The Employer. In The Event Of The Ordering Partys Request, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Such A Request Within 30 Days Of Receiving Such A Request, And The Content Of Such A Request Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before The Expiry Of That Period. 6. The Contractor Bears The Costs Of Purchase And Distribution Of Electricity At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Sadlinki In The Amount Of 100%, Payable Within 14 Days From The Date Of Their Issue On The Basis Of Re-Invoices Issued By The Ordering Party. 11. The Contractor Shall Bear The Fees And Costs Related To The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) Fees For Water Intake Charged By The State Water Holding Polish Waters At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Sadlinki, 2) Charges For Water Intake Charged By The State Water Holding Wodne Wody Polskie At The Water Treatment Stations In Sadlinki, Wi liny And Glina And Is Obliged To Pay These Amounts To The Employer, 3) Sewage Disposal, 4) Sewage Testing, 5) Physicochemical And Bacteriological Testing Of Water, 6) Labor Costs, 7) Technical Supervision In The Contract Act, Except That The Contractors Obligations Do Not Include The Obligations Listed In Art. 15 Sec. 1 Of The Act.8. There Are Three Water Treatment Stations In The Sadlinki Commune: In Sadlinki Wi liny And Glina And A Constant Water Pressure Station In Bia ki, As Well As A Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plant And Two Sewage Pumping Stations In Sadlinki. Water Sales Amounted To 203,555.8 M3 Metered, And 8,464.01 M3 Lump Sum. Wastewater Discharged Through The Sanitary Sewage System From Residents 61,010 M3, Delivered 0 M3. Total Number Of Service Recipients 2,041, Including Active 1,687. Number Of Sewage Connections 566. Length Of Active Water Supply Network 126.7 Km, Active Length Sewage Network 17.5 Km
