1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes:1.1. Delivery And Installation Of A Brand New Device For Continuous And Automatic Monitoring Of Air Quality (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device), Together With Software Dedicated To The Above Device Enabling The Management Of Data Obtained By The Air Quality Monitoring Device - Access To The Data Should Also Be Possible In On-Line Format Free Of Charge For Residents Of The Ostrowiec wi tokrzyski Commune; 1.2. Training Of The Employers Staff (Employees Of The Ostrowiec wi tokrzyski City Hall) In The Use Of The Device And Data Management Software;1.3. Maintenance And Service Of The Device For The Period From The Date Of Commissioning The Device Until March 31, 2024; 1.4. Maintenance, Service And Certification Of The Device For The Period From April 1, 2024 To December 31, 2026. The Task, With The Exception Of Maintenance And Service Of The Device In The Period From April 1, 2024 To December 31, 2026, Is Carried Out Under The Local Development Program, With Funds From The Eea Fm 2014 - 2021, Under Contract No. 15/2021/Rl. Detailed Requirements For Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And The Parameters Of The Device Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
